I felt like I was in my own bedroom with a comfortable bed, beautiful bedding, and a private balcony overlooking dramatic views. The steam shower was a luxurious touch, making my stay more enjoyable. The hotel staff, while seeming a bit tired, could not have been more gracious and welcoming, adding a personal touch to my experience. The location was absolutely ideal, situated on a quiet street next to a park yet just a few blocks away from a lively urban district. The dining experience was sumptuous, with fresh croissants, fruits, and eggs tailored to individual tastes. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more relaxing and convenient.

Staying in the Marriage of Figaro suite was a beautiful experience with a nice size room featuring a private bath with shower and tub, plus a lovely balcony. The rooms are on the second floor and well-separated to ensure a peaceful stay without hearing neighbors. However, cleanliness could be improved.

While the location across from Volunteer Park was wonderful and convenient for exploring, the rooms in the Marriage of Figaro suite, the largest available, felt outdated and cramped, needing renovations to meet expectations. The dining, especially in the morning, was lacking in presentation and care, but the service stood out positively with accommodating and welcoming hosts going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
